The property was clean. The room was good; it was basic and brand-new. The hotel had super-friendly and amicable staff members. I really enjoyed the climate control, multi-channel TV, and a microwave oven in the room. This venue was located in a central area just next door to the financial district and the city in general. We spent a good time here with no complaints.

I love how big the room was. It was pleasant and excellent what my husband and I needed. We came to celebrate our 2nd Anniversary. We needed to relax and unwind from work, friends, and family.

The host is really cooperative and nice. He is willing to help and be availble when we need him. The room is clean and cozy and price is relatively unexpensive.
Not in the city, but its still close. Only like 10 minute tram ride to downtown, Portland.

The rooms here are big and affordable, and the staff is super friendly. You can grab a bite to eat at the restaurant right here, which is convenient. It's a good spot to base yourself while checking out the area. 🍴

The location. There is a tranvay stop just in front of the motel.10 minutes to Portland Downtown La ubicación. Hay una parada de tranvia justo en frente de motel y en 10 minutos estás en el centro
Everything is old and the room smells bad. Also we had a problem with our reservation. The front desk guy changed my reservation because my credit card was declined and when I payed with another card he increase the price 10 dolars. It was very annoying guy. We didnt like anything. Todo es viejo y la habitación olia mal. Además tuvimos un problema con la reserva. Mi tarjeta fué rechazada y cuando pagué con otra, incrementó el precio en 10 dólares.

We enjoyed the friendly staff, and easy access to freeway, public transport, and the city centre. We also loved the neon sign, priceless! The room was clean and bright. Good value. It was also great to have access to a laundry, and good to talk cricket to gentleman in the reception.
Fridge was a little noisy, but it didn't stop us sleeping. Reception needs an update.

The location of Palms Motel was ideal for travelling to downtown Portland. Most of the close hotels and motels were already all full when we were looking for locations. The price was very good.
We had booked for 2 rooms but because we arrived late and one of the room had a plumbing issue, they weren't able to give us the second room but gave us a rolling bed for $30 instead. They didn't really compensate for not having the second room since they still made us pay for the rolling bed.
